“4/26/2009: I stumbled upon this site while I was searching for a professional retoucher to retouch my [old] graduation photos. The photographer DID NOT know how to take good pictures and I actually wanted to print these. The lighting was totally off. He offered retouching services but they were charging $50 per photo, and judging from the way he took pictures I did not think he would do a good job fixing a photo. I decided to just order my graduation photos digitally and find a better deal on my own. I wasn’t going to pay $150 to get 3 photos retouched.

** Rest up. Get sleep! Not just the day before the shoot, but rather, the week before the shoot. The dark circles under your eyes won’t go away in one night. But a few days in a row of solid sleep (target 7-9 hours) can make a difference.

Of course, we’re happy to retouch bags under your eyes, but you’d prefer they didn’t exist at all.
